Ear Candling: A practice to assist the natural clearing of earwax from a person's ear by lighting one end of a hollow ear candle and placing the other end in the ear canal. The flame of the candle creates a draw or vacuum which pulls the wax and other particles of debris out of the ear and up into the bottom of the candle. As smoke enters the ear, old ear wax softens. This allows old ear wax to flow out on its own.

 

EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique: During a typical EFT session, the person will focus on a specific issue while tapping on end points of the body's energy meridians.

 

EMDR – Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing: Psychotherapy treatment to facilitate the accessing and processing of traumatic memories and other adverse life experience to bring these to an adaptive resolution. Therapist directed lateral eye movements are the most commonly used external stimulus but a variety of other stimuli including hand-tapping and audio stimulation are often used.

 

EMF Balancing Technique: An "energy balancing" technique, where the practitioner uses his or her hands to send energy to the patient, either through direct touch or by placing them inches from the body. The Emotion Code is a simple and fast method to find and remove negative emotional energy from the body.  It uses muscle testing to connect to the subconscious mind to find out where the blockages are and what emotions they are related to.  The energies of intense emotional events experienced are still stuck in ones physical body and can distort the normal energy flow, resulting in pain, disease, PTSD, depression, anxiety, phobias and mental illnesses. The Emotion Code helps release these blockages either in person or long distance.

Homeopathy: Founded in the 19th century, a practice that is based on the concept that disease can be treated with minute doses of drugs thought capable of producing in healthy people the same symptoms as those of the disease being treated. This principle is similar to the concept behind exposure therapy for allergies, but the amounts of active medication used in homeopathy are so small as to be almost undetectable.

 

Ho'oponopono: Set of practices that have been used in Hawaiian and other Polynesian cultures for centuries to support harmonious relationships between people, nature and Spirit. Harmony in one's external relationships begins by establishing harmony between one's own body mind and spirit.  Determining whether a thought, word, deed or action is truly pono - that is whether it serves the highest good of all – how it affects not only your present generation of family and community, but also how it affects ancestors and descendents.  It teaches taking 100% responsibility for everything you experience in your life. Ho’oponopono is about saying to the Divine: “I am sorry, please forgive me for whatever is going on in me, that I experience the world in this way.” And asking Divinity to convert the block or memory to nothing, to return it back to its original state which is zero or clarity.

Hypnotherapy: A form of psychotherapy used to create subconscious change in a person in the form of new responses, thoughts, attitudes, behaviors or feelings.

 

Intuitive/Channeler/Clairvoyant/Medium: Intuitives tend to get a flash of insight that needs no translation at all. Often intuition speaks to us in a very familiar voice. Channels are able to turn down their own rational mind, ego, logical processor and personal belief system to allow spiritual/psychic/intuitive messages to flow through them, just as if they were a telephone wire. Mediums tend to channel complete personalities rather than complete forces. While a channel might be a conduit for the cosmic flux, a medium might be a channel for your deceased Aunt Suzy, the medium's own spiritual guide, Archangel Michael, etc. This person is aware of the personality being channeled and is versed in the quirks that may come up in a session.

Ions generated by the ion cleanse travel through the body, attaching themselves to many different toxic substances, neutralizing them, and drawing them out through the feet. The toxic substances ionic foot cleansing removes are a result of a poor diet and high stress. A body tends to accumulate these toxins over time weighing us down and causing emotional and physical problems. Light Language: Light Language is used as a tool for healing, self empowerment, and co-creation. Geometric shapes and colors are used individually and within grids to reshape the aura and co-create reality. Light Language originates from Aztec tradition and Mayan teachings.

Rolfing: A holistic system of bodywork that uses deep manipulation of the body's soft tissue to realign and balance the body's myofascial structure. Rolfing improves posture, relieves chronic pain and reduces stress.

 

Shamanic Practitioners: Healing accomplished via relationship and interaction with the trans-physical or spiritual worlds. Shamans have learned to cross the veil between realities, and are actively working to bridge relationships between the trans-physical and the physical worlds to bring healing into their communities.

 

Soul Mirror Reading: Soul Mirror reading reflects back to the individual their higher self.

Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT): A system of specialized charts used for “researching” the subconscious mind and soul records with a series of questions to quickly find and release the discordant thoughts and limiting concepts to replace them with loving, supportive concepts and positive beliefs.
